While on one of our milkrun flights from Ottawa to Whitehorse (it could have been much quicker if we weren't flying on points), I was impressed to see an article from the CEO about how Air Canada is trying to improve. After all, recognising that you have a problem is the first step to recovery.
And I was pleased to see that Air Canada only lost one of our suitcases this time. Hopefully it'll turn up today.
