It's November and that means it's...

Last night, while washing dishes, I used my thumb to scrape a piece of dried carrot off a pot. The dried carrot slid between my finger and thumbnail.

As you can imagine, it hurt.

This marks the second time this month that I have been stabbed by a piece of food, the first time being the almond slice that jammed itself between by front right incisor and my gums.

And, no, I am not making this up. How could I?

I think that makes November worthy of being declared "Stab Yourself With Food Month!" Tell all your friends and join in the fun!

I forgot to mention that Fawn has been joining in on the "Stab Yourself With Food Month" festivities! Yesterday morning she managed to stab herself under the thumbnail with a piece of dried spinach rotini. Way to go, Fawn!!!

I did hurt my finger trying the same thing but with a dried KD noodle! Who knew they were so deadly, I mean besides the lack of nutritional value :)
