I was up on Mount McIntyre the other night, showing-off the view to some guests. It was cold and windy and I was disappointed with the progress of the berry plants above the treeline but, as usual, the view was fantastic.

Shivering on Mount McIntyre.

The view.
The "sunset" was great. The clouds were dispersing and it made for a very dramatic sky. If I were filming a disaster-by-alien-invasion or doomsday-by-asteroid movie, this is what I would want the sudden appearance of impending doom to look like.

Alien invasion?
Not that anyone ever sees
meteorites or
UFOs in the skies over Whitehorse...
