Darned cat.

He's at it again. I thought my behaviour modification program was working, but he's still escaping and he's still bringing us "gifts".

A poor little mouse, senselessly slaughtered.

Maybe I should start skinning Crook's kills and cooking the mice à la "Never Cry Wolf".  Squirrels skins go for $2 at the fur auctions. I wonder what mice skins go for?

Hmmm... cats are bigger.  I wonder what their skins go for...?

    I read a book where the guys uses mice skins to make himself gloves! I bet they would look really spiffy!!

    I think he's a happy camper when he gets to catch the odd mouse - it's sorta' in their nature to hunt, kill and bring home the catch to their brood...
